I also agree with Bunsen. I’d recommend this model for about $2,000.

Also, True is owned by Precor and the M30 is very good for about $2,000 also.
These are retail prices. You will probably find that they’re discounted when shopping in-store or online like Amazon.
The thing you could look at is unmotorised as you are just walking, I always say I would love a curved non motorized treadmill. https://www.garagegymreviews.com/non-motorized but was not sure about the reviews. Maybe I should sell my current treadmill LOL. Does anyone have one? If we move house I am not bringing this treadmill with us.
We bought a NordicTrack for about $1,500 that’s been great. We ALSO got a service contract on it. Best money we spent. DH puts many, many miles on the unit. We get it serviced about once a year. One time, Son somehow lunged forward and cracked the display. The technician replaced the entire display panel and it didn’t cost us any extra. The treadmill is so old now that they won’t give us a new service contract when it’s up in two years. If it breaks before then, they will replace it! We have been very happy with the customer service.
If you have never used a curved, non-motorized treadmill, I would NOT recommend it. They are very difficult to get used to and are really an acquired taste. Even the non-curved Woodways are a different feel. I would stick to the more run of the mill (pun intended) technology. Woodways are really expensive, too. I’m a competitive runner with over 40 years of road and treadmill experience, and the first couple of times I tried a curved machine I about got thrown off of the thing.
I just think they look so nice LOL. It would look good next to my waterower ?
I have a “non motorized” NordicTrack stair stepper/ski machine/treadmill sitting in my basement. It’s 25 years old. I got it when my oldest child was a baby, but I’ve never used it much, but it was quite high tech/a big deal when it was new
We reluctantly canceled our LA Fitness membership last month. I assigned my husband the task of selecting a treadmill for purchase as he is a serious runner and I just wanted something to get the heart rate up. He chose the Nordictrack 1750: https://www.nordictrack.com/treadmills/commercial-1750-treadmill?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIjumGsc-q6gIV_z6tBh23eQ32EAAYASAAEgJnD_D_BwE
I tried to purchase from Amazon because they offered free delivery, but after several delays they could not provide a shipping date. Ordered direct from NordicTrack with shipping date of July 15. A local equipment repair person will assemble it for us for $150. Fingers crossed it arrives on time, pants are getting “snug”.
