<p>OP, I want to be helpful, not hurtful. So please take this in a positive light.</p>

<p>You don’t want to go to Harvard.</p>

<p>What you want is to go to the best college for you. Visit colleges and universities, big and small, in and out of cities, eat in the dining hall and talk to the students. Sit in classes, if you can. See where other students on the spectrum have gone and succeeded. </p>

<p>BTW, I would write the exact same things even if you had a 4.0 GPA, 33+ ACT and the only reason why you wanted to go to Harvard was, well, because that was the one college name everyone knew. </p>

The lowest GPA this acceptance round was a 3.3 and last year it was a 3.0. So yes, it’s possible.

And no, they did not have high SAT/ACT scores; nor are they recruited athletes, or legacies.

OP you have a 2.7GPA and a 21 ACT and have been admitted to nearby colleges already since you’re about to graduate high school. Regardless of what you’re trying to prove (you do come off very angry and resentful of many people), if you are attempting to apply to another college such as Harvard, you’ll have to wait another full year. Given your zero chance of admittance, this is a tremendously foolhardy course.

One of the most essential elements of a selective school’s admit criteria is the teacher recs. What will they say about you? “anon is angry and has a chip on his shoulder. And is a below average student.”

Harvard read 30K applications this year where teachers commonly attested that the applicant was among the best students they’ve seen in their career. Enjoy WISC-Milw or Minn this September. I wish you the best there.
