<p>Every past year I’ve been a part of the process, we’ve released ED1 decisions before 12/15. That’s the goal for this year, and we’re on track to meet that goal, but, as they do in the senate, we reserve the balance of our time for unexpected occurrences.</p>
<p>For instance, if I have infected all of my co-workers with the pernicious and devious virus that kept me off the radar last week and they all miss work (leaving me in charge), we might need to wait until the 15th. Now, I’m not saying its my goal to incapacitate my peers with disease, but I won’t deny it either.</p>
<p>So in summary: probably, but no guarantees.</p>
