<p>Unfortunately, my mom just had 2 very unpleasant phone calls with the fin aid dept. @ Tufts 
She’s getting very frustrated with the whole process, especially since she has to keep sending in my parents’ retirement info… she doesn’t understand what their supposed to do once they retire if they’re expected to put that $$ towards college.</p>
<p>She is also wondering if she should already be applying for loans, even though I haven’t decided which school I’m going to yet… we are very clueless about this whole process!</p>
