Very surprised!
I thought they would see your son’s special qualities in his sitting it out and re-applying.
They may possibly have some policy about accepting a student after rejecting them the year before. Personalities in admission offices do come in to play with these things.</p>

<p>Hey NPI he had received permission to re-apply so it wasn’t a policy issue. But you may be right about the personality aspect. They probably should have said ‘sure you can re-apply but be aware- we don’t like you’ <strong>lol</strong> </p>
