Two years of AVG for $59, Worth it?

<p>Did they actually update it and run it? I’ve been using it for years on multiple pcs, have installed it on friends, etc, and nobody has had an issue.</p>

<p>My wife use that laptop with MSE on it to watch videos over the internet, some how the virus got in and messed the computer up. The MSE was running all the time.</p>

The Geek Squad at Best Buy charges around $55 an hour to clean a virus off of your computer.

<p>And their technical proficiency is so hit or miss I wouldn’t recommend them period. </p>

<p>I concur. Saw plenty of MSE equipped machines infected up the wazoo with viruses, trojans, malware, etc…</p>
