Typos in my Common App Personal Essay

No big deal - they are barely noticeable, and, if noticed, it’s clear that they are because you omitted a word or made some editing changes (e.g., When I found out that my ACL was torn —> When I found out that I’d torn my ACL).

Calling attention to it would make a bigger deal out of it.

That said, if there were major grammatical or usage errors (e.g., they’re vs. their vs. there; I should’ve went vs. I should’ve gone), I would be a little more concerned, but, in your case, no biggie.
