did anyone get any acceptance package from U Rochester?
I think we’re down to U of R, Pitt, and Denison. They would prefer to study CogSci but are ok doing Neuro+ Psych as they plan to go grad school. Not bothered greatly by the Rochester weather but the pull of Pittsburgh is strong. They are definitely intrigued by the dedicated CogSci at Rochester, the flexible schedule, and the perception of an overall nerdy place but so many other boxes are checked by Pitt. Always wondering if the SLAC route at Denison would have pros they just not have considered yet.
No obvious right answer in their head.
Planning to make the red-eye for admitted student date at U of R next week. Already have visited Pitt and Denison.
Any families out there with a similar quandary?
My daughter was taken off the waitlist and awarded the Dean’s Scholarship!
