just found out today!
I’m an international student from the Philippines but living in Singapore and I was just accepted into the Faculty of Science!!
I have a weighted GPA of 4.24 (though I know every school calculates differently but I have basically gotten all As and A+s in high school except 2 classes for a semester), SAT score of 1530, Math Level 2 Subject Test score of 800, Chem Subject Test score of 790, have taken five AP exams and have gotten a 5 on all except I got a 4 on one of them.
So far I’m the only one to hear back from my school but I submitted my app quite late (less than a week before deadline) and actually forgot to submit my SAT score with my app and only did so less than two weeks ago (not rush order, just regular) so I was surprised at how quickly they gave me my decision.

@charan1303 I applied for studies in Science (intend to pursue Computer Science). I study in an ISC (Indian) curriculum school in the UAE. My pre-board marks were 87%.
In the website, it’s mentioned that for Indian students, they look for around 85%.

@Saccomander , Wow!, I’m from India too, When did you get the decision? My predicted grades are 94.5%. Which state you’re from? My first choice was Okanagan, So, I got Okanagan on Jan 28th, waiting for Vancouver(2nd choice).

I received my decision on the 6th of March. My predicted grades are similar to yours. I live in Dubai, not in India. I think if you get into your first option, they do not consider the second option. I think you should email an admissions officer regarding this.
My application was complete on the 29th of January.
Yes, I know, they don’t evaluate second decision. I called UBC and requested them specifically to evaluate second option too. So, they checked and said I’m eligible. So, they’re evaluating now.
