Everyone without ID now, take a date-stamped screenshot of your Campus Solutions result.
To document the truth when your lucky future id comes through.

I’m pretty sure this has been mentioned before but on reddit and this thread there’s probably a sampling bias since only the most cracked/worried of the kids who probably checked and saw Id would be here lol. Those without would have no reason to keep up but I’m sure your daughter will go somewhere great!

I am a product of a wonderful UC school taking a chance on me in the eighties! It was my essay that won them over and it was published in a journal. I graduated with honors, and a big smile. I am now 55 with my son awaiting Haas decision. I am fulfilled

My OOS daughter is already accepted to several top 10 schools in her field. She is waitlisted at UCLA, prob flushed at UCB, in at Davis and Irvine, and in at others outside CA. She’ll be fine no matter what UCB says.
Congrats to all of you who have IDs.
More importantly, to all who end up not getting in to UCB, remember that your future success will have very little to do with the university you attend. It will have much more to do with how you handle this and other disappointments in your life. Sleep this one off, then make the most of your next best alternative.
If you follow this advice, you will likely be way ahead of those who are accepted into UCB, you will have overcome circumstances that they have yet to face.

can some one clarify how the astrology works for me?
the only method that works is from bcsweb.is.berkeley.edu and on the website u press the sign into campus solutions and then Sign In with MAP@Berkeley ID right?
and the second thing is that there are no more “waves” that are left because the people who put the IDs are on break now unless they add a few more last minute before results come out offically

also maybe because uc students just got on spring break and i assume staff wont work too (?) (not 100%sure)
take this with a grain of salt but my guess is she’s saying whoever is punching in the operating system’s # of ids generated, is on break? Idk.
Found this in another forum: “Typically only faculty and students are off for spring break. Staff and admins, including admissions officers, do not get this week off.”

Makes sense because historically, I’ve heard they release updates to the ID thingy even on the day of admissions. Just rumors of course, no confirmations
Whether whomever is on break is a sideshow, that won’t make a difference in the results. The decisions are made already.
The techs loading and releasing the decisions will be working.
