Just a really quick thing to address if you could. the picture you put has the portal astro image from last year I think with the SIS account thing. And this year the account is for CalCentral. I think (I can amost guarantee) that someone next year is gonna freak out about this. So if you could make it clear that would be great

They prob trying to patch it or many are logging on too much, i doubt they changed peoples id’s
Either they are patching it, loading decisions, or it’s just high traffic.

Nope
its interesting how some people’s campus solutions (including me) is like frozen/not loading but some people are totally fine. I don’t think its something to stress but just very strange to me
maybe location based or something i have no idea, im bay area and its not loading at all (says the site is taking too long to respond)
