If not 3:30 its guaranteed going be before 4:00 because thatās when the ivies come out and Berkeley does NOT want all that heat. They have historically released at 3:30 though, so it shouldnāt be an issue.

My friend got national merit and even with that berkeley is significantly cheaper than usc for him
Im OOS so tuition is lowk cooked for me. Everywhere Iāve gotten in so far costs like 80k+ . Still would go to Berkeley if I get in since Engineering is probably one of the best in the nation.
