Assuming all 7 really have the ID. At my school granted it’s competitive, I’m sure kids who got into ucla or other top schools planning to go there are just saying they have the id too

Yeah they probably would admit more from your area to make a more holistic class.
im really hoping its right ive been rejected from nearly all ucs this is my last college decision too lol

Plenty of stories of kids getting rejects/waitlists from almost all ucs and getting into berkeley! Good luck!
