If every L.O.R applicant got an id, I might actually crash out.
So only ID= acceptance right?
If someone is waitlisted would theh see no ID?

Your not going to get anywhere by stressing and looking on this forum like 2 hours before the application comes out. It has been finalized already. the astrology is pointless now because we are at the brink of getting our letters back. Godspeed to both the people who have ID’s and who dont

What if it says “CalCentral” on the top left and not SIS?
I think you’re confusing yourself.
SIS CS is the little hyperlink in the calcentral portal that supposedly was the foundation for the “forbidden 403” astrology which is now patched.
“example of a successful indicator (As of 2025, the SIS logo is changed to CalCentral logo)” according to the google document, the SIS campus solutions logo is now changed to CalCentral

One final validation for the ID itself. My sister is a early admit and her reference number which is located at the top of the actual UC Berkeley portal changed to the actual ten digit ID number once she was admitted. I think people with ID’s will receive good news if that wasn’t already apparent.

For those of you without ID’s, have hope! Cal Berkeley is one school, and you have gotten so far already, you’ve accomplished so much, be proud of that. Don’t let this one school take away your dignity in all the work you’ve put in to get here. That being said, a premeditated congratulations to those who have ID’s (should be apparent know that a id=an acceptance)

Especially this year we’ve had a record number of high school graduates and the applicant pool has been extremely competitive. I’m sure everyone here has a very bright future whether it’s at Berkeley or not.

no id. this was my last decision. berkeley has always been my dream school. i have gotten rejected from ucla, ucd, ucsb, ucsd and waitlisted at uci. genuinely don’t know what i did wrong. for background i am a high income black female from the bay area. i have good grades (4.0 uw/4.5 w), 9 ap classes, 7 dual enrollment classes, EXTREMELY heavy involvement in leadership, great extracurriculars, and good essays. all this work i did and for what? the countless hours i spent pouring over my classes when i could have just taken regular classes and cruised through all of highschool. “rejection is redirection” but i wanted my direction to be one of these ucs. i don’t know what im gonna do with my life.

As an international student majoring in CS where only a select few even employ H1Bs it will. Much much more for me than a us citizen.
