When I log into the main portal, there is a 304 number listed.

Yes I did, i was able to log in to the campus solutions thing with my id and name at top right and I applied for EECS

My conclusion is that that wave is over, any we are seeing now were in that wave, but just looking for 1st time, now.
Hopefully there will be additional waves. Waves characterized by people who were previously unsuccessful after your success later becoming successful.
