For those who participated in summer programs, does the password reset for your Calnet ID work? For me it doesn’t work. (I didn’t attend a berkeley affiliated summer program that I know of)

I’ve been accepted to all UCs thus far (minus UCSC bc I didn’t apply) and I got Regents at UCR, UCSB, & UCSD, and at UCI I got Honors. I get “Your account hasn’t been created yet.” message when using the https://bcsweb.is.berkeley.edu/ method.

So I have the ID, and I’m a high-stat international applicant.
I’m confused as to how so many of us here have the ID? Is this sampling bias? I feel like this is too good to be true? Was recently rejected JHU and waitlisted UCLA this weekend so hoping this works out!

It’s 100% sampling bias. Also, I know someone last year who was rejected/waitlisted from UCI, UCSD, UCLA, UCSB, and all ivies yet he had the Berkeley astrology work for him and was admitted, so don’t think that previous college results mean anything.

Can anyone please put together some solid factual,cold hard fact on why this astrology is 100% accurate and if u have id u get accepted. Cause persoanlly i find it hard to believe.

They can’t really “patch” it because everyone who gets in will probably have an ID days before they get in. I think they should just lock the site cause they can’t just start removing ID’s.

Hey so I applied to the dual degree program and I also have a calnet ID. For the dual degree program I had to sign in thru MAP, and the reference number on there was the same as map and they also gave me a specific one for HKU. I recently checked calnet camp solutions and I got an ID and my name in the corner which was different than the previous ones. Does this mean I got in or because I applied to DD they might’ve preemptively made an ID for me? I know last year someone who applied to a DD program got waitlisted even tho they had an ID, but that was the only discrepancy I saw.

I don’t think the astrology will necessarily work for DD applicants as its proven that they had an ID previously. I guess you just have to wait until Thursday, best of luck to you.
How is it proven that they have a calnet ID previously? The only IDs they gave me on confirmation were the same as the ones in the portal
