I have an ID and I still have the withdraw button. From the past, this seems to further indicate acceptance.

From the portal astrology video at least. It seems that having an ID with a withdraw button indicates acceptances (further proving the simple ID theory) and not having an ID with a withdraw button indicates waitlist. And sadly having neither indicates a most likely rejection.

But it seems like so far the withdraw button hasn’t left for anyone (possibly a fake post from before). Or maybe they patched that for this year. This still leaves the ID method as a pretty clear indicator of admissions

u chose to identify with student id and did it let u innnn???

does anyone with no id not have withdraw? we only have 1 case so far

D25 has ID and withdrawal option on portal.

I think the guy who said he doesn’t have the withdraw is lying. everyone seems to have the withdraw

I do not have an ID (checked just now) and I have a withdraw button. Do you think this is correlated with waitlist?

yeah thats what i’m trying to see. with a large enough sample size we might have at least 1 more no withdraw

We haven’t heard anything yet. It feels like a rejection, but why are they sending emails like the one below? It’s upsetting.

Only proven indicator at this point is the id.
id == accept
No id == waitlist/accept
Only exception is if you had a prior connection with Berkeley.

I’m confused what is going on? Isn’t no ID and No withdraw…..wouldn’t that equal rejection why would you say everyone is mad. I haven’t seen any conflicting evidence just asking for the no ID and no withdraw to make sure it’s not someone just messing around

I dont think those have an id are waitlists, but I think if someone doesnt have an id and they wanna figure out if they were rejected or waitlisted, the withdraw method could be the huger indicator, but so far we cant say they did anything with it since theres literally only one case, so if we give it a day or two, it might reveal it.. plus it also would be a huge confirm for us ppl with an id, as if all id owners will have the withdraw button and those with no id, some will have withdraw buttons and some won’t which = too rejection or waitlists.

I think they are mad at Berk for sending those emails to rejected applicants too when they simply couldve sent it later.

idk tbh :sob: so far i got 3 users saying their withdrawl button is gone but oh well…
