http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-california-berkeley/2081956-uc-berkeley-letters-and-sciences-ap-credit-policy.html may help you (reply #1 gives general L&S rules, replies #2 and #3 give links to departments regarding specific subject credit for their majors and advanced placement).
Note that AP credit is not accepted for the L&S (or business) 7-course breadth requirement, but may be accepted for some of the other L&S requirements (reading and composition, quantitative reasoning, foreign language).
Based on your listed AP scores, these requirements can be fulfilled:
5 on calculus BC: Math 1A and 1B for CS major; L&S QR; for business, need to take another math course (Math 54 covers that and an additional math requirement for CS major, but you may need to self-study some introductory differential equations that is covered in Math 1B but may not have been in your AP calculus course)
5 on English language: R&C A (e.g. English R1A); need to take R&C B
5 on Chinese or 4 on Spanish: L&S FL; see departments for placement into more advanced courses
4 on economics micro and macro: Economics 1 for business or economics major or prerequisite to other economics courses
5 on psychology: Psychology 1 for psychology major or prerequisite to other psychology courses
Note: CS A does not fulfill any requirements for the CS major, although it has some content overlap with CS 61B.
