UC’s tend to be very GPA focused so as @ProfessorPlum168 stated your options will be limited but an upward trend will help along with your competitive SAT score and EC’s. You would be competitive for the majority of the Cal states with the exception of SJSU, Cal Poly SLO and possibly SDSU which could be out of reach. I suggest you apply widely, write some compelling essays and hope for the best. The CC to CSU or UC route is an excellent option so another avenue to explore.
