Waitlisted. GPA 3.97, ACT 34. Puzzled but Ok. Accepted to CalPoly SLO and invited to Chancellor’s Reception at UCSB.

Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: LMFAO
Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected:
Deferred: Duke (ED)
Accepted: Berkeley, Florida Tech ($20,000 merit scholarship), UCI Honors, Vanderbilt (will attend)
Waitlisted: Washington U in St. Louis, UC DAVIS LMFAO
Waiting on: USC, Northwestern, WashU, Cornell, UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, UCSC, Claremont McKenna, NYU, Tulane, Occidental, and Pepperdine. Will probably have to withdraw all of them though since I’m going to Vanderbilt.
I find this hilarious for some reason. I never thought I’d get waitlisted at my safety after getting accepted at Cal and Vanderbilt. Yield protection? Who knows…
Is there a mail brochure?
@jindaltanya Yes there will be a mail with the official offer letter and additional info on the campus—the offer email says so.
@yinuos How did you get an acceptance at Vanderbilt? If it was ED2 you should hurry up and withdraw your applications or you could lose Vandy. If it was some other way, then you don’t need to withdraw any of them.
I’ve been admitted!
