I am a 2 year community college student. After getting Cal Poly Pomona in after senior year of high school, I never thought of taking a step back and entering community college. Taking only major prep classes, I earned a 3.4 GPA. After a lot of chemistry, physics, and math sequences, I DID get in my first college, UCD, today, 4/16/20!

More accomplishments/extracurricular but I got a physics exam in a couple hours!
From my highschool application, I learned not to explain my accomplishments but moreso demonstrate how I felt throughout a particular instance when writing 4 of my UC essays.
I made an account on College Confidential because I read many comments to help reassure my hopes. As a way to give back, I am making my first post!
Back in February students who were eligible to receive the regents scholarship got and email to fill out an additional application. There were a couple of essay questions to answer and that as due beginning of March. I got the email and filled the app out but unfortunately didn’t get in with regents. If you got regents it would have showed that under your acceptance letter.
Where is the honors invite? And did people do anything to “apply” for that.
Did anyone here who applied to Regents not get it? Edit: I see @mekun1 is in this category.
