let’s be real there’s probably no legitimate reason as to why UCI (and UCSD) are releasing in waves besides the fact that they enjoy watching us suffer
To all those who got decisions so far: did you guys receive an email notifying you of your decision? Or did you jut check the portal and the decision was up
I don’t know…I’m waiting too so i understand but I was talking to my teacher about and she said that sometimes we forget that the admissions people are PEOPLE and not robots! They’re concerned about deadlines too
The portal is slow right now, but it’s more likely caused by people frantically refreshing than an actual new batch of admits being loaded, right?

My friend just checked his portal and he got into UCI for business admin! I guess decisions are up for some.
@iamsaucy my decision is not coming out
I went through the thread from last year and I definitely saw evidence that UCI updated the portal on a continuing basis. I found one post that said he kept refreshing every five minutes and found out at 5:51 pm. I think they started updating the portal about 3 pm last year.
Possibly starting again at 5:30, but that’s just a guess
@iamsaucy do you know his or her stats got biz admin?
at this point it’s more frustrating just waiting for decisions than actually applying to college

Anyone get a decision that applied for theater major yet?
Applied as chem major but didn’t receive anything yet >< SoCal area. 2 of the top 10 at my school got in already tho.
