anyone else think we’d be one step closer to world peace if some UC’s weren’t secretive about their decision dates
pls tell me they release decisions on weekends
Honestly, the whole UC application process is the most stressful experience of my life. Especially when the world is hut down and there’s nothing we can do to be distracted. I feel like Monday is too late, But UCI is gonna do what UCI wants
i would be super mad lol. no point of telling ppl its mid april/early april if u still have a whole thread of students waiting for a response.
Have they ever sent out decisions on weekends?
technically mid april is 11-20th. so we could find out monday sadly. and if I am not mistaken, tag and h2h people found out the 10th which was the last day before mid april. so more than likely it will be monday. it seems like the pattern here.
to add to my comment, 20th is the last day before late april.

alright, who’s the wise guy that got us all thinking we may hear from UCI today? I had in my mind that it would be Monday, based off last year’s timeline of the 19th, and we gained a day this year with leap year, henceforth the 20th. Then I saw this thread and got excited. Rip off. Heh. COME ON UCI!!

personally, I think they aren’t notifying the tag applicants that got denied but I could be wrong. you guys might have gotten into the regular applicant pile. again could be wrong. “If your TAG application is rejected you are funneled over into the regular application pool” this is from an article I read. So dont lose hope guys
Late april is 21-30. we still have monday. and if it is like last week, it will be on the last day before late april starts.
hopefully, that clears people’s mind and anxiety. its the only thing that makes sense at this point. so stop worrying. Plan the date for the 20th cause you will torture yourself all weekend. lol
