do you think some waitlists will come out again this week for uci, like ucla did multiple times last week?
D24 just got off the UCI waitlist today (psychology). If she’d gotten in a month or so ago I think she would have accepted in a heartbeat. But she’s since become super excited about the school she committed to, already connected with a roommate, and has her heart fully set on it - so she decided to pass on UCI. Hopefully that opens another waitlist spot for someone else. Good luck everyone!

@2005er, yes, the deposit is usually $250 for the UC’s. If you were accepted off the waitlist, you generally have one week to deposit and submit your SIR – make sure to meet their DEADLINE! Then make sure to submit housing App. afterwards if you plan to live on campus. You should be able to find all your “next steps” regarding the SIR/Deposit on Admission Status page in applicant portal.
