So you have 72 lower division units at your CC and 25 from the UC? Are any units from AP credit since they do not count to the maximum 70 unit lower division cap? Did you leave/withdraw in good standing from the original UC?
Below is a link that shows each UC campus limits page 34 on my screen and it looks like you are over all the UC campuses limits. Some campuses do admit Senior standing transfers so you would need to contact each to see what are your options.
