I haven’t heard back from UCR, my portal says that they’re still reviewing my app. It makes me worry that people on here already heard back from engineering.

@H5Guardian yes I really want to meet other EEs.
@poppab5 I wouldn’t worry you sound like a great candidate!

Psych major.
3…09 Gpa but for some reason riverside said t was 2.99?
All pre reqs except pre calc
Igetc done

@uchopeful414 do you have any non UC transferable courses?

Yeah. My non transferable GPA is like 3.5 but I used the UC TAP to calculate my Gpa and it says 3.09. Idk what gives. Hopefully they don’t do that elsewhere and screw up my chances of getting in.-.

Where are you finding your GPA?

The transfer admission planner is telling me my UC GPA is 3.09. The riverside one says it on the SIR. Says I have a 2.99 and to maintain a 2.7 lol.

Strange mine doesn’t have my GPA it just says I have to get Cs in the classes I’m taking.

Under your provisions right? I would snap a pic but don’t know how. But I calculated it, I could get all Cs and still have a 2.8 so i got an easy life this semester:) guess it’s going to be the last easy one for a LONG time
Also where is it you want to go @futureeechick? I see you in multiple threads and was curious

Yes it says that under my provisions. I’m really not sure where I want to go right now I think it’ll all depend on my campus visits and financial aid.

Where’d you apply?

Admitted to: UCR SJSU CSULB UNM UCSC
Waiting on: UCSB UCLA CPP FSU

UCSB and UCLA I applied as mathematical sciences and applied mathematics respectively. So if I got in to either which I doubt I will I’d have a lot to think about.

Right now I’m mostly just focusing on UCSC and UCR

i see. Well hopefully you get into one of the two bigger ones if that’s what you want. I want to get into SB so bad. Then Davis. If I had to choose between Davis of SB idk what I would do.
But most likely will end up at UCR if no one else accepts me:/

SB is beautiful I’ve lived here all my life. I definitely recommend it.

The only thing that would make me not go is Davis honestly. Because Davis doesn’t have a math requirement but SB has calculus as one O.O but yeah SB is definitely my dream school. I could die a happy man a second after my acceptance to SB

I can see where that could be a problem, especially if you’re not big on math.

I would choose UCR since it’s only an hour away from home.

Has anyone started their housing application yet?

I want to start my housing app:/ I want to SIR just because I’m impatient. But not happening
And yeah I’m horrible at math. Couldn’t pass algebra. But I got an A in stats

@sachill I submitted my housing app, haven’t got a response yet.
