is there any history of people getting in w/ banner on top ?? or does the astrology seem to be very accurate
Of course I can’t be sure, but of the past posts and comments I saw, many people whose nav bar disappeared early posted that they got admitted after the actual release. A lot of people whose nav bar disappeared on or just before the decision date later posted that they were either rejected or waitlisted. I was so nervous that I looked at almost every related comments on this forum, and also read the follow-ups as well. Please don’t believe this; it’s something that I just saw, and it’s not from this year, so the date and time may not align. I’m not sure either, but pm me if you are kinda curious about the whole ucsd portal astrology thing.

Still have the Nav bar. Has anyone ever got in still having the Nav bar after it has dissapeared for so many?
Stevenduck mentioned earlier in the posts responding to gumbymom, that there were some EAs from his school last year.

Hey guys just wanted to contribute something I saw today to this conversation. On one of the posts on the official UCSD Admissions instagram accounts somebody was asking about this in the comments. UCSD Admissions responded that the banner changes are due to maintenance and it doesn’t reflect admissions decisions. Don’t take it too seriously 
(For reference it was the post made on February 26th about Muir College)

Did anyone’s portal show the college ranking you chose in UC Application and some other information? I logged into the portal, and it showed the stuff I mentioned… What is this?
where does it show that on the portal? I don’t see it anywhere and my navbar disappeared last friday
It popped up when I logged into the portal, and when I clicked the back button, normal applicant portal thing showed up again. I found it out today, like an hour ago.
No change now. Nav bar disappeared from long time
My nav bar also disappeared too last week. The college ranking thing is gone too, I think it glitched. I mean, why did it glitch 
It gets me so anxious and frustrated…
I saw the rankings in my portal too. I don’t remember where since I was just clicking different buttons, exploring.
Any change decisions come out today? Or are we thinking next week? Or the 21?
