To submit final transcripts, exam scores, and potentially other documents as required by the university.
Final transcripts would be submitted by the high school. There would not be exam scores.
Don’t know then. But why some people have missing upload section and some have present with nav bar disappearing? just astrology for time pass. Don’t take it seriously.
Not everyone would be required to submit residency documents, particularly out of state.

what about upload materials. for me not appearing.
We had the nav bar disappear in the last 30 mins or so. Don’t see ‘upload materials’ (OOS CS major, US citizen). I also think there’s a new ‘withdraw’ link at the bottom (don’t remember seeing it before)
The withdraw has been there for us but the same thing happened with the upload disappearing in the last half an hour

interesting that the portal astrology board has 139 posts and is exploding, while the main board has no posts in 5 days (in contrast to UCLA, UCSB which have active posts not discussing portal astrology).
