<p>Hi there, I’m wondering what the odds are for a sophomore majoring in Biology to transfer from UC Riverside to UC Irvine or UC San Diego by the end of Spring 2014 quarter. What’s the GPA range I should be looking at and what other factors come into play when applying to transfer? If there is any other info it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!</p>
