just wondering, if your school (in-state) sent a lot of kids to berkeley, will berkeley be less likely to choose you off the waitlist?
wait so I had a problem where I submitted the waitlist form without the waitlist essay + grades wayyy before the april 15 deadline but then right before the deadline (day of april 15), I put in the essay and grades/transcript and hit the update button. I was worried they wouldnāt see so I called them up and they said they could see my essay??
@SkyDonut i believe i saw it on their website. it was also in a news article. iām just confused though bc it said they only sent those offers to in-state people. my friend (weāre oos) got one though???

@trademistakes I feel like the UC system is having a shortage of OOS peeps this year. Just look at how UCLA is admitting of their waitlist right now, itās mostly OOS. They traditional admit very few from the waitlist too. Iām figuring that Berkeley might be having the same shortages.
