Don’t over analyze for internships based on location. All are ABET and you can intern and get hired anywhere from anywhere.
Sounds like you don’t want to pay for Wash and UIUC.
So that leaves UCI or SB.the UCI program seems interesting.
Jobs pay by location moreso than school.
