yup! this is true that it does not get automatically submitted because it was optional. I noticed right after i submitted, so I sent a PDF in an email to them which they put in my file.
you could also put it in ur uchicago account. I honestly think the admin is much less structured and attentive to transfer applicants as opposed to high schoolers lmao.

also, nicole from admissions told me that the last of decisions go out mid-may (if u didnā€™t submit by the priority deadline like me)

i didnā€™t either :ā€™( i did it in a panic last night- i emailed them saying I uploaded it to my portal, and they responded saying that they already have everything they need from me ://

I submitted prior to March 1 and havenā€™t received a decision. Is anyone in the same boat and do we think they will post decisions later tonight? The portal does say that people who submitted prior to March 1 should receive decisions by today.

Same here. They havenā€™t sent anything changing the date or saying they are delayed.

Hi guys! i just wanted to say if you were waitlisted and donā€™t plan on going to UChicago if they admit you from it, PLEASE decline the WL. :pleading_face: I ask very kindly, because I am still waiting on my decision and UChicago is my only opportunity to leave my institution. especially if u are a PoliSci major.
