<p>If you have to pay full at Chicago vs. substantial scholarship at Tulane then I’d go to Tulane.</p>
<p>However, Chicago is indeed, as you have said, a vastly superior university in terms of academics. Thus, it might be worth a slightly higher cost, especially if you do have some form of aid! </p>
