The Honors Colleges at SEC schools might be of interest to you. SEC is a great conference for track.
Think about what you want to do in the future. If it is academically related, check which school is better for that. If athletically related, pick the better athletic school. Just keep in mind that uchic is one of the most prestigious schools that I want to join (but I’m biased cuz I like parts of their academic programs).
Just keep in mind: life doesn’t end at college!
