<p>You can’t transfer as a sophomore- only a junior. You would be eligible to apply in November 2015 for Fall 2016. If you have AP credit you could potentially transfer after your first year - if you have enough. </p>
<p>You can only transfer after completing 60 semester units or 90 quarter units. That’s a firm nonnegotiable number. </p>
