The string doesn’t mean anything. It’s just the byproduct of data structures. It basically just states where data is and how much data there is. There is no portal astrology wrt viewstates.

i think Dear, might be for waitlist only as last year’s acceptance and rejection letter both had Dear: . but also this might just be part of the code
