<p>Aerolite, thanks for your support. I sent off my appeal on the postmark date - which I believe is the 15th April - via DHL, costing 20 bucks. (Waste of Money, it turns out). </p>
<p>I am going to UVA in the fall anywho, I’m not too disappointed. I’m just bummed because they were missing my scores when I already had them reported beforehand. So they made my decision without my scores. My appeal was that I wanted them to consider the scores they were missing when assessing my application.</p>
<p>Reeeeeeejected–Can’t say that I didn’t expect that especially after the first time. A whole 1 month and 10 days wait for nothing. They should really work on that.</p>
<p>I tried, and that’s all that really matters to me. :)</p>
<p>Any news yet, mtlvrmom? I hear they release by departments, and mine was in the arts (Design|Media Arts to be exact).</p>
<p>just found out that my son was rejected also. BUMMER…he is going to be SO disappointed.</p>
<p>But, like you said, at least he tried. And he’ll no doubt audition next year for UCLA’s musical theatre dept. </p>
