@Quiazia wow you’ve been through a lot…if your application shows that you’ve persevered through it all and grown because of it, I think that would overshadow the SAT score and you’d likely be admitted. I wish you luck!
I love the sudden influx of chance posts lol
@Jalaquan good luck! I’m rooting for you
Thanks for the information!! @studycollege @yellowmamba45
I can’t get anything done with it on my mind!
I’ve been a lurker in this thread for the long time, and while I don’t think my stats are high enough to be accepted without a miracle, I decided to post anyways to say hello to everyone!
A lot of you have inspiring stories and have posted about your determination and goals, and it honestly does inspire me. No matter where I end up next year, I’ll be sure to take it and apply it. I really do hope that you all are extremely happy with your decisions on Friday! Good luck to everyone!
people need to chill with posting their stats, just trying to show off and fish for compliments. in less than 2 days you’ll know, just chill and forget about it till then
What time do you guys think decisions will be posted?
2013 - Decisions Posted Around 1:30PM
2014 - Decisions Posted Around 5:50PM
Should we start making a separate thread to post decisions only? like UCLA Class of 2019 Decisions only thread so it’ll be easier for those who want to see stat only posts instead of having it all mixed in with the discussions too?
@cherryrae that’s probably a good idea. But I wouldn’t make it until March 19th or 20th
I honestly do not get the whole “Chance Me” phenomenon. You might as well go down to the local fortune teller. There are applicants with near perfect stats who will be rejected and others with imperfect objective criteria who sell themselves in the essays. You can go onto parchment.com or collegedata.com to see how your stats stack up against the competition in recent years. But the final decision may be beyond the easily quantifiable.
@Jennc9 no problem! these weeks are the struggle for all of us. Good luck to everyone
Hi everyone! I’ve been lurking for a while and just thought I should say hi. I’m so nervous for Friday, I wish it would come sooner.
