Okay people have been saying the date is march 20. Does anyone know what time decisions come out? Typically (just for colleges in general) decisions come out between 5 pm to 6:30 pm. I have OOS (actually out of time zone) so would decisions be out 5 pm PST or 5 pm my time? Just curious!
@ineversleep I’m going to assume it’s PST, because everything with the UCs is in PST.
@sc8305 If the email is based off of GPA and SAT alone, then do you know why they didn’t send one to me? I have a friend with higher GPA and the same SAT as mine who did not get the email, and I have friends with lower stats than mine get the email. I think the email is more random than that person claims. (For reference, 2330 SAT 4.18 capped UC GPA, 3.83 UW GPA)
Do all UCs conduct holistic reviews? Or are some UCs more dependent on stats over others?
@stressed4lyfe at a UCSB presentation I went to the adimssions counselor said it was 50/50 or so stats and ECs/personal statement etc. if it wasn’t holistic they wouldn’t really ask for detail in your ECs and personal statement. (Like how CSUs just have you check if you have done ECs not even asking what they were)

Does anybody know when UCLA will post decisions based on the previous years?
Apparently around March 20th or so. I’ve read that it’s been around there in past years.
I emailed my admissions officer and he said they have no set release date for decisions, but going off of previous years I’m going to assume its around March 20
I actually got an alumni scholarship too for Berkeley but it says that it doesn’t reflect any decisions 
I guess we’ll have to wait and see!!
