to update what I saw, there was a small wave today and emails were sent out at 7:15. 4-5 people on the ZeeMee chat confirmed their waitlist acceptances, all for CAS, all IS and all located in Socal. The wave definitely had higher numbers today and I am unsure of location in CA was taken into account. Interestingly, instead of previous years of having 3 days to reply to their waitlist decision, they are given an entire week until their decision expires.
