Nope, I didn’t write anything about growing up somewhere in my essay.
I posted in the UCLA 2015 transfers thread way earlier and I mentioned that I was a USC student, but right now I’m at a community college so I would transfer as a CC transfer student. I generally talked about that and how USC gave me a lot of stress because of the expensive cost and crime incidents in the area.
