<p>Today, I called in and asked why I was rejected and they told me I didn’t complete the calc series at SMC. Understandable, but I was told by my scholars counselor that my major isn’t barred by the math requirement and that I should be fine without it. The lady on the other end had the nerve to say my GPA was on the lower end. I know someone who got in last year with a 3.1. I asked if I should write an appeal, she said it wasn’t worth it. </p>
