<p>Okay people I signed off at 10 pm last night to go to bed, and I get up and what do I see? Almost the exact same topic! “I can’t see my financial aid… my banner is blank… my banner says summer session…” OMG. 
But I feel you, I feel you. It’s just funny. Who has a clock running? How many more minutes and seconds until we find out?</p>

<p>i just checked myucla, the banner changed from “summer session student” to my major communication!! and then I searched my name at the UCLA directory and it was there 
i hope this is a very good indicator</p>
<p>Ugh I can’t find myself under the directory. Guess I means I’m rejected.</p>
<p>But my name doesn’t appear in the uci directory either and I was accepted there. ***.</p>

<p>I think the directory just means you did the summer trick. It lists you as a “student” because anyone can be a summer sessions student. doesn’t mean you’re accepted. so don’t worry if you don’t see your name there!</p>

<p>for all of the west coast/california applicants waiting for 5:00 …just think you could be on the east coast like some of us and have to wait until our clocks say 8:00 -__- ive been up since 630 the wait feels like some much longer !!</p>

<p>myUCLA now lists my major (Geography/Environmental Studies) on the banner but still says unknown next to it followed by summer</p>
