<p>bluebayou - it was supposed to be after cal/pell grants + the free tuition… would be upwards of 15,000 in kickbacks a yr. But it seems that that would be true only for the first year. and then after the fafsa cancels out and you must pay for housing. I think I’m gonna reject the offer.
