<p>You’d get instate tuition for UCONN, so the money is less of a problem there. New Paltz is the same as Bing as far as tuition. Rutgers is very expensive for OOS (I didn’t even bother applying because of it). </p>
<p>I understand what you mean about the distance thing, I live on Long Island and its a 4-6 hour drive depending on traffic (and driving through the city always means traffic). I wouldn’t give up Bing for that though, but that’s my decision. If UCONN has a decent program for ES, I would look at that because of the instate thing.</p>
