This is beyond disappointing and flat out annoying. Every time I log in it is the same issue, Iāve just decided to stop looking and hope UCR gets their shit together. Because this is just ridiculous.
I decided the same thing. It doesnt even matter how many times I refresh it, I know it will keep changing. Iām checking at the end of the week and just hoping that theyāve figure themselves out by then. Like, I get itās difficult obviously to manage so many admissions, but donāt act like an idiot about it. Theyāre seriously still tweeting congrats on response to other peopleās tweets and are saying to keep checking the portal tonight and hopefully the issue will be fixed. No, just lock it down until everything is fixed and your ready. Having 10k kids checking the portal all day can not make it any easier for you to fix

Well, keeps changing lol. One minute Iām in for a blank major and then the next minute Iām back to pending. Guess I wonāt really know until I get an email.
Will there be an email for admission? I also have the same issue of the blank majorā¦what in the world is going on right now. Are they going to fix it by today?
My friend just got her acceptance with a legit major from UCRā¦meanwhile, mine is still glitchy with the blank majorā¦ Iām losing hope on my chances of getting inā¦

Iām not sure, but I hope so. Mine goes back and forth between accepted to Global Studies and pending.
MAJOR2082 there was a really high scoring admit somewhere in the thread that got the blank admit so I wouldnāt say that having the major means you got accepted. Unless we find someone that got a rejection letter, we canāt really find out for sure if the admits mean anything.
I went from an admit without major to a pending to an admit with major to an errorā¦

i checked last yearās threads around Mar 1. the problem with blank major did occur but it looked like a lot smoother release of notifications. good luck to all of us and will get there eventually!!
