OK So I asked my brother who had the exact same stats as me about it. He was accepted to honors college (major Biology) last year and didn’t end up going to the event. However, he did say that not everyone invited was accepted into the honors college, based on his friends who also got the invite. Hope this is as helpful to others as it is to me.
