In fact, I would guess that this is just the beginning of transfer decisions becauseeeee:
Decisions are being posted on this site beginning on March 19, 2019 for most freshman applicants. Decisions for transfer applicants are being announced beginning that day with additional decisions released on April 1, 15 and 30, 2019.
All freshman decisions will be completed by March 31. Transfer decisions will be finalized by April 30.
It really looks like this rollout is mostly for freshman
Yes, I’m on my college campus now and those who have gotten accepted have wildly different stats. Guess I’ll have to wait until April.

For those still pending, people received decisions on randoms day last year after the first batch of release. Some received acceptances even in the day or two after the first release so just keep checking each day!
