Because they couldnāt open my writing sample at first, they later asked me to send it via email.

heyyy can someone tell me if i even have a chance for this T_T. I donāt really want to waste more time applying to so much summer programs if I probably wonāt get in. (I have some things lined up anyway but this one seems like smth that I might prioritize.)
here are my stats:
3.89 unweighted GPA (i had a blip with chem :((()
4.5 weighted GPA
2 AP classes this year (APUSH, AP Chinese)
6 honors classes in total (precalc h, geometry h, bio h, chem h, English h, mandarin 3 h.)
Iām a sophomore
ECs:
I volunteer at a hospital
Iām a science TA for a lab coordinator (i set up labs, mix solutions, etc for my schoolās bio and chem classes)
I work as a soccer referee
I tutor 7th graders in reading, writing, and speech
Awards:
Principals Honor Roll
Presidentās volunteer service award (gold - 100hrs in a year)
Iāve also been trying to design a science experiment for a competition (I did horrible last year) so I actually talked about that. I explained the gene i researched and talked about how I worked with my mentor (the lab coordinator) to develop experiments for it. I had the best experience with it and it was decently fun.
anyways, Iām a little skeptical about whether or not Iāll even have a chance because my gpa is low and especially because my chem grade last semester was a B
Has anyone been accepted yet? If you have - can you let me know - how many days after the interview are decisions being released?
Has anyone received a confirmation email around 2.17 got interview request. Whatās the usual time for interview request if any lol. Iām a bit worried.
