I received a waitlist interest survey a week ago. I think it’s sent only based on the time you got waitlisted.
Was this a second wait-list survey? The one that said/meant that this is as good as a binding agreement? Any followup there after?
they sent one follow-up interest survey a few weeks ago to see who is still interested(make sure to fill it out if you are still truly interested). i filled it out and got a call next day telling me that there was an open spot for my track and I took it.
Oh no then I guess I didn’t receive that. Was this a sign that my track doesn’t have a spot for me?
they are probably sending it out slower, just wait for a bit
Oh no! We did receive the second interest confirmation email which we filled up, but never received anything thereafter. It’s already been 5-6 days.
Did you confirm immediately? We took several hours to confirm.
yeah i confirmed immediately. they gave me about 2 hours to fill out the rest of the forms that were required after they called me, so spots do fill up fast
Would they email if call goes to voicemail or phone is switched off?
not sure tbh, i was really lucky as I was on my phone at 4pm PST(which is when they called), and it was a Santa Barbara number, so I decided to pick it up(me being the curious teenager I am)
Definitely very lucky. Keeping fingers crossed, but since several days have elapsed, I’m getting slightly unsure now.
